Mondeuse
A Savoyard grape variety par excellence, Mondeuse is spicy, tannic and racy. Its peppery aromas mellow over time, giving way to an elegant, delicate fruitiness (blackberries, blueberries or cherries). Serve with spicy dishes, with the Savoyard classic diots and polenta (a dish of rustic pork sausages served with polenta, mixed with cheese and cream), or try it with a pear and ginger tart.
Serve at around 17°C.
