This wine is from a blend of our three red grape varieties (Gamay, Pinot Noir and Mondeuse) and is rounded and full-bodied, with the scent of blackberries and a velvety sensation on the palate. It will match well with red meat grills or casseroles, as well as with spicy dishes.
