Mondeuse blanche

An ancient Savoyard grape variety, grown in very small quantities, Mondeuse Blanche produces taut, mineral wines that combine a slightly saline character with a flavoursome richness.

Try this with grilled fish, risotto or shellfish, and serve at around 12°C.

We do not yet have the experience with this wine to judge its ageing potential.
