Jacquère
Grown on clay-limestone soils, the typical Savoyard grape variety Jacquère gives a white wine characterised by a fresh, mineral and fruity character, with a mouth-watering finish.
Ideal with Savoyard cheese dishes such as raclette or tartiflette, and for convivial aperitifs, it can also be matched with shellfish and oysters, and should be served well chilled at around 6°C.
