Marestel
The 25-hectare hillside in Jongieux named Marétel or Marestel includes slopes up to 65% steepness, exposed to the south-west and is planted exclusively to the Altesse grape variety. This Marestel terroir produces a complex wine with crystalline aromas marked by notes of lime blossom, honey and candied fruit.
The wine’s richness provides a perfect accompaniment to poultry, scallops, foie gras or Asian cuisine.
Serve at around 12°C.
