Altesse

This native Savoie grape produces Roussette, a fine, elegant wine with a floral, fruity nose and a long finish combining mineral notes and ripe white fruits, such as pears and peaches.

It goes well with lake or river fish such as the local féra, or with asparagus or even a cheese platter.

Serve at around 12°C.
