Barrel-aged Marc, 52°

This marc is distilled from the skins, pips and stems of the grapes, recovered from the press.

Ageing in oak barrels gives its amber colour and a roundness on the palate. It is 52% alcohol.

Serve as an after-dinner drink, with sorbet or cakes.
